Your airbag vest is a piece of personal protective equipment (PPE) composed of textile and mechanical components that, with frequent use, can wear out or be affected by use in dusty environments, which could eventually impair its proper functioning.
For this reason, Vimele is launching a low-cost maintenance service to ensure your airbag vest is always in perfect working order.
This includes the delivery of a replacement vest while the vest is removed and serviced.
Within a maximum of 48-72 hours, we will collect your equestrian airbag vest and inspect all vital parts, clean them, reassemble them, and activate them to verify their proper functioning. We will return it to you in perfect working order, along with a complimentary CO2 cartridge.
If your vest requires any service not covered by the warranty, such as accidental breakage or the loss of an accessory, we will help you resolve it at the lowest possible cost.
