Delivery times

Orders will be delivered within 24/48h. If, due to logistical problems, we are unable to deliver on these dates, the customer will be informed and given the option of making a credit note and refunding the purchase price.

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS

Shipments will be made by private agency to any point of the national territory, being the estimated delivery time (except exceptions of 24-48 hours).

The price of the shipment will be informed at the time of contracting the product, in the event that the customer would like to use their own transport, or another delivery option, you must communicate via email and / or telephone at the time of the order to make the necessary adjustments.

In the case of collection from our premises, delivery must be agreed in advance (at least 24 hours in advance) in order to prepare the goods so that they can be delivered by a member of our team.

I must sign for the receipt of my order to the carrier.

The transport agencies always require the signature of the delivery note of the goods.

How do I calculate the shipping costs?

RETURNS

Withdrawal

In accordance with the wording of art. 71 of the Consumer Law, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the date of delivery of the order, without any apparent reason.

Vimele Technical Solutions S.L. will proceed to reimburse the full amount of the order placed by the consumer, unless the customer wishes us to take care of the collection of the products, in which case the return costs will be borne by the customer, except when the decision to return is the result of a non-conformity or a proven warranty problem. In this case, Vimele Technical Solutions, S.L. will proceed to exchange or refund the defective or non-conforming products free of charge.

The withdrawal can be formulated in writing by sending an email to info@vimele.com or a letter to Vimele Technical Solutions, S.L., Calle Carboners 12, – 46980 Paterna, Valencia, Spain. Form: withdrawal form.

As far as possible the products should be sent back in their original packaging to the address indicated on the return delivery note that will be provided to the customer. If the products are not returned in their original packaging, they may be subject to a depreciation in value in accordance with the provisions of art. 68 et seq. of the Consumer Act.

Upon receipt and verification of the products, Vimele Tecnical solutions, S.L. will reimburse the customer for the totality of the returned goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
